Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property, which includes both the main-level unit and the basement unit. Each unit has its own separate, private entrance located on the side of the house. Please note that there is no interior connecting door between the two units, ensuring complete privacy for each space.

Both the main-level and basement units are filled with natural light and feature contemporary design. Your stay includes: • Accommodations for 8: Comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms (3 with queen beds, 1 with a double bed) and 2 comfortable sofabeds. • Kitchen and Kitchenette: Upstairs unit has a fully equipped kitchen, and the downstairs unit has a fully equipped kitchenette. • Two Living & Dining Areas: Relax and dine in two separate living spaces, each featuring a Smart TV for your entertainment. • Two Dedicated Workspaces: Stay productive with two separate office setups, each complete with a monitor and computer accessories. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. • Family-Friendly Amenities: We provide 2 pack 'n play cribs and 2 high chairs to make traveling with little ones easier. • In-Unit Laundry: A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your convenience. • Essentials Provided: We supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and other essential toiletries.
Other Details to Note
• Shared Heating and Air Conditioner: Both units share a furnace and air conditioner. The thermostat is locked via Wi-Fi. Please get in touch with us, and we will adjust it to your comfort level. • Parking: Free street parking is available anywhere on the street. Parking spots are not assigned. However, please be mindful not to park in the handicapped parking spaces marked by the blue handicap
