The suite is located in the residential neighborhood of Tuxedo Park, two blocks off Centre Street, with several restaurants and stores. Centre Street has good bus service, providing quick access to Downtown and other parts of the city. The TransCanada Highway is four blocks to the south, providing easy access to the mountains or the airport. It is also minutes away from SAIT, Foothills Hospital, University of Calgary campuses, Stampede Park, the Calgary Zoo, the Telus Spark Science Centre, and many other attractions.

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire basement suite. Entry is through a separate, dedicated entrance with keyless entry for your convenience. You are also welcome to use the shared backyard space. Ample free street parking is available directly in front of the property.

Shared Heating and Air Conditioner: This unit shares a furnace and air conditioner with the unit above. Therefore, the thermostat is locked within a specific temperature range of 21-23 degrees Celsius (70-72 degrees Fahrenheit). We do provide space heaters and fans if needed Pets: If you are staying with a dog or dogs that bark often, please refrain from leaving them alone in the unit. Parking: Free street parking is available anywhere on the street. Parking spots are not assigned. However, please be mindful not to park in the handicapped parking spaces marked by the blue handicap signs.
