Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of space to spread out. Loved easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and downtown. My husband wasn’t a fan of choosing a basement apt, but it was surprisingly bright and cozy. Only minor issue was the 6’3” man in the smallish shower with the hand held shower head (not the first time he’s had the problem!)
